Bantr 2.0 is coming...

What a summer! Following City's dramatic last gasp win of the Premier League we have had England's customary major tournament exit on penalties, team GB's flat performance in the Olympics and the ridiculous rebrand of Cardiff City.

This season promises to be just as entertaining, United have shown they are ready to fight for the title with the signing of RVP, Wigan look ready to fight for survival by trying to offload their top players and Joey Barton looks ready to fight the French.

You have to love football!

Transient

We've been equally busy here building a completely new version of Bantr. When we launched last year we had a goal to give fans a platform to express their opinion about how their club is being managed whilst also providing the best place to discuss live football.

It was a great first season, we've been overwhelmed with the positive feedback from users but we want to be even better. We know we can achieve so much more, so we got together after the Euro's to discuss how we can build the best destination for football fans and agreed on 3 things:

  • Bantr needs to be much quicker
  • Bantr needs to be much easier to use
  • Bantr needs to be available everywhere

So whether you want to know the scores across the Premier League or who just got sent off for Stevenage, Bantr should let you know instantly, wherever you are and however you want.

So what does this mean? Well you are going to have to wait and find out, we are weeks away from releasing the new Bantr and we know you are going to love it.

Over the coming weeks we will be releasing teasers via Facebook and Twitter so if you haven't followed us there please do.

Don't forget to join us on Bantr this weekend for the start of the Premier League, check-in to the games you care about and set your manager and player approvals.
